CPU-Z however displays it correctly at 2Gb, so try running that. There is also GPU-Z (0.55 latest version) and this also displays my mem correctly. Try running those and see what it says before flexing your credit card!

it shows in gpu-z as 1GB but on systemrequirementeslab.net it shows as 735MB aswell but it used to show as 1GB.

although that answer from microsoft is for system memory and it's showing the full 8192Mb of ram it's the gfx ram that is showing a lower value
