Vodafone Sure Signal vs BT Infinity

Hi all
Has anyone got the same set up, as I cant get the Sure Signal to work at all with BT Infinity, I have spoken to both the companys and they both now say they are not compatible (if thats the case why feckin send me it)
But Ive read some posts on forums saying they have managed it but no details of how. :sad..:

no companies as of yet support BT's Infinity fibre optic network, but i assure you, they will soon, just hang on for a few months and it'll start to work, but you need to hound vodafone to get them to switch it on.

You do realise there are other companies that supply domestic fibre broadband on Openreach's network right?

And I would imagine it probably needs some ports opening on the router.

Then again I know there are some issues with BT HomeHub's and certain PC games could also affect other things too.

Yep but I'm tied in to BT for another 8 months and they won't open the ports required and I've tried to manually do it but the router/homehub is shite and won't let you

Vodafone offers practically no signal to where I live and there's no way I'm going to buy some device from them to give me something which I should be given by right.
There are times where I literally can't get a signal in my village, and all vodacom offer is suresignal.

I've been having a blast with BT Infinity though. <3
