I'm running out of space on my 53GB system partition so no room for new games off the Steam sale.

I have a file on c:\

Temp129183923849062500

it doesn't seem to have a file extension and it's nearly 5GB. Anyone know what it is?

This is a dodgy file Tim, run your AV and then move the file to another location, restart your pc and if no problems delete the file.

I searched google for it and had no return also check youtemp and internet temp folders.

Thanks man, file deleted and nothing showing on Avast quickscan. This has got me worried though, so comprehensive virus/malware/rootkit scans coming up next chance I get.
