core temp gives you a wordpad doc with your min and max core temps aswell as % used.
(But it flees in the meantime: irretrievable time flies)

Make sure its fan is speeding up during gameplay to cope with heat.

I just found out that the back fan is intake, im not sure why I thought it was exhaust
The heatsink is blowing out hot air onto the back fan which is then pushing it back it ... tut :( Also when i took the case off the CPU went down to 32C which is rly low it usally idles around 38/41c it shows that the big fan on the side of the case must be blocking air ... I dont use it , cant figure how to take it off will reconfig case tomorrow
Edit: Actually i might as well save the hassle in taking it off and just plug it in, increasing the airflow

And, the GPU temp has risen??? Dont understand why...maybe becuase there is now no air beyond blown directly into the g card fan, all be it, it was warm air that was being blown in.
Try putting a 120 in the bottom behind the PSU if you've got one, and as long as there's room behind the PSU.

From what ive seen around the web, if you put the multiplier up and the bass clock down, it may bring your temps down.
Bclck: 140 multi: 20 or Bclck: 148 multi: 19
Lower bass clock would mean the voltages probably wouldnt need to be as high, so temps would intern be lower.
I think this is correct, someone will correct me if not.

As for lower base clock and higher multi i've tested both ways and not found much dif in temps.
My thinking on it is,
Higher multi/lower base clock = higher TDP = more watts of heat produced
Higher base/lower multi = more volts needed so produces as much heat.
First option normally easier to get stable though.
