The egg and thats a fact !      a chicken ( Gallus gallus domesticus ) is a domesticated type of wild fowl, when the first wild fowl were caught and bred with others of the species. this produced the domestic fowl or chicken thus the breeding wild fowl layed the egg that was to be the first domestic chicken.
