my router is dying. my isp(O2) ordered me a new one on tuesday(12/1) and told me it would be delivered on thurs/friday. got a phone call friday saying there had been a problem with the order. phoned them on saturday to find out what was going on, to be told that they had put a second order throiugh on friday so it should be here on mon/tuesday. had a call from them earlier to say that because they don't have a mobile number on the account they couldn't deliver the order (they had phoned lucy's mobile.lol).
just had a call from a manager and been told it may arrive tomorrow or wednesday!!!!!! a fecking week to deliver a router that only has to come from leeds. it would have been quicker for me to walk to leeds and get it myself than to have them deliver it.
moral of the story, O2 couldn't oraganise a piss up in a brewery. don't get me wrong their net is great but if anything goes wrong you'd be better off sorting it yourself than phoning their support team. do they need qualifications to be on the broadband support team, i think not. bunch of fecking muppets.GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
that's it, rant over.
how funny is this

Took me 6 months, two ISP's, an Openreach engineer, a new phone point and 4 different routers to get mine sorted
