Logick mate please dont take this the wrong way but mate i though you had a small amount of comon sense, 15 seconds is long enough to o/h your cpu and you sholuld know that anyway, you have gone to all the trouble to make a video for a simple issue like a fooked fan, simple to fix PUT IN A NEW ONE, or your other option is to carry on with it as it is and have to replace a lot more, follow these simple rules
1. If it is fucked replace it, how much is a fan comapred to a m/b or cpu
2. Listen to advise that is given.
3. If your psu fan is fooked buy a new psu, look at the amps more than the voltage and make sure you have enough on the 12 /5 volt rails
4. Video of your pc booting with no cpu fan running mate is a bit daft oh well i mean is totally stupid mate, how many none pc minded people are going to read this and think oh yea lets unplug my cpu fan, think on mate,
When you clean out your pc and i suggest you do it regular DO NOT use a vacuum (sucks up jumpers) use a blower(like the ones for air beds) and a small brush to clean your fans, do not let the fans rotate with the air from the blower it will fook the bearings up
Simple fix either strip and clean the psu cheaper option, stop been Mr Burns and buy a new psu

Yeah guys it was dumb, interesting how the AMD processors where steaming and the Intel dont, and he is playing a game when the Processor works the most. Ok bootup is quite demanding aswell but the computer wasnt on for half an hour in a cold room and was switched on for 30 seconds I really didnt think it was dangerous
Will replace the PSU anyway the noise is not normal
